4. Platform & Earnings Model

QuantumPropAI provides an AI-powered trading platform where users can earn income by providing daily market sentiment inputs. Please note:

• Earnings Structure: Earnings start at $50/month and increase by $25 each month of active participation, subject to our verification and payout schedules.
• Signup Bonus: A one-time $5 bonus is credited upon account creation and successful verification.
• Payouts: Payouts are processed daily with no minimum threshold, subject to standard review and fraud prevention measures.
• No Guarantee: Earnings are not guaranteed. The Platform reserves the right to adjust the earnings model, payout schedules, or bonus structures at any time.

5. User Inputs & Data License

By providing daily market sentiment or any other input on the Platform, you grant QuantumPropAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate your inputs into our AI models, algorithms, and trading strategies.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to provide inputs or interact with the Platform;
• Create multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses or earnings structures;
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the AI trading algorithms;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any financial regulations;
• Provide false, misleading, or spam inputs.

7. Financial Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: QuantumPropAI is not a financial advisor, broker, or registered investment advisor. The Platform provides a tool for AI-assisted market sentiment analysis. All trading and financial decisions carry inherent risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you use the Platform and any trading data at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content (excluding user inputs), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of QuantumPropAI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of QuantumPropAI.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuantumPropAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform; or
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
